All orders ship free with a Track & Trace code. Handling takes 1–2 business days and transit takes 5–8 business days. You'll receive your tracking code by email within 24–72 hours of placing your order.

We ship to addresses throughout the United Kingdom, with free tracked delivery on every order. We don't currently ship outside the UK.

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with tags attached. Contact us at info@clarajoneslondon.com before sending anything back and we'll guide you through the process.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Return shipping labels are free and included with an accepted return.
